This prayer and fast is hosted by my sister's church; New Covenant Christian Ministries. The focus of this prayer and fast is; Rebuilding the Foundation. My sister Sam and I (in Georgia) have invited my sister Tavia out in California to do this with us as well. It has been an awesome experience so far, in strengthening our relationship with God, through His word. Also in drawing us closer to Him through meditation on what we read; and learning to wait upon Him in quietness, learning to know His voice.
There is a big bonus! we are growing closer together and understanding each other more.

God is truly awesome, He gives us all that we need to prosper if we are obedient to His word.
Prayer and fasting is the key to spiritual growth and well being. Last night as I knelt down and prayed I felt such a feeling of immense joy come over me, I had difficulty getting get up, even though it was really late, I just felt the love of the lord envelop me, there was such a feeling of security and protection like I had never felt before. I do believe that this is as a result of the fast and the joy of being able to share this journey with my sister San, a woman filled with such compassion, who is truly annointed and filled with the holy spirit. I pray that I will become a better person being in her presence and will grow in my faith.

I thank God that He is Jehovah, the one who has the first and last word. I know that experience of peace that Sam speaks of,it is truly like you know that there is a powerful source that you draw from and that God who is that force covers you always. I thank God that He drew me to Him when He did and that He is working out a different aspect of my life in the promise He made when He says that .. We know not the plans...Jer;29:11 Thanks sis for your encouragement and the opportunity to share in this way. To everyone who is reading and praying along with us, where are you Tavia? set aside a time in the morning, at noon and at night time to really have a special moment with God. It will become a supernatural experience for you and God will be glorified.
